Hi I seek guidance from any one expert in housing society issues.
PROBELM : Unauthorised construction / extention in flat which has put safety of Building at risk and it is unauthorised and no formal permission is taken from BMC .
Hurdle in persuing matter with BMC : The member in question is employee of BMC and interfearing action process at BMC end. Last two months BMC has not taken any action and member in question mentioned to few people is that society cant do anything as I have managed all people . Even BMC has not botherd to respond to our RTI application, they have just send the letter and with that nop information provided.
If you could suggest us any action plan under this situation?
