I purchased a new flat and in which is family owned converted into flats and 3 flats already owned by previous owner. They did some illegal construction in parking area and running shops there, building plan is properly approved by mcd but whole for parking space.
i am facing to park my car there they have given me one car parking space and rest area they are using for commercial activity. what i can do in this regard

No I purchased a flat rest two are occupied by old owner (two brother) and one another flat occupied by other person who has purchased 4th flat.
there is huge space which two brother are using to carry commercial activity.
We are facing parking problem due to thier commercial activities due to very limited space.
All four flat - as per agreement have right to park one car and one two wheeler but they occupying extra space
what we can do in such situation
