Dear Sir,
I intended to purchase one acre of undivided agriculture land in tamilnadu. My share of one acre will be a part of huge land (around 200 acres). Thease total land is given as one acre undivided share to other people for the purpose of agriculture . A company is offering these land and accepts to execute agriculture activities in this land and give returns to all owners.
Is there any restriction in tamilnadu for purchasing of undivided agriculture land.
can i give power to some body to purchase land on behalaf of me and to enter agreement with agriculture company.
What should be the cost of POA.
I dont want to get in to legal problem.
please advice.
