CAPITAL GAINS.

You get benefit of  NO TAX  on capital gains on shares if you purchase them from  market after payment of STT  and sell after one year through stock exchange after payment of STT.

All other types of capital  which inclused uns listed shares attract uniform capital gains tax system.
