My grandfather's property is not yet partitioned.. He died before 1980..It is now enjoyed by my 2 brothers.. we r 5 in our family.. 3 daughters and 2 sons..
There is no proper will for the property and the property is in the name of my grand father .. My brothers are saying that grand daughters dont have rights in this property.. They both have problem in partitioning the property equally..
if we 3 grand daughters file a case now.. let me know whether we have rights in that property...
