Unstamped foreign power of attorney

Deed of Power of Attorney is not signed by notary public with seal on individual pages except the last page.In some pages it is with seal without the initials of notary public. It did not have any signs of attesting witnesses. It did not have the clause" commission expires on-----".It did not have another clause "Document is prepared by---" Is un-stamped unregistered Power of attorney signed by Notary public in Tennessee State/USA legally valid and admissible evidence in Family Court. Is the registration is compulsory? Is the adjudication is compulsory? What is the difference between registration and adjudication? Can it be made valid subsequently under any provisions of law? Please help me by clarifying.

If you reside in U.S. then i m sure you know the procedure very well. Any notarized document has to be signed by notary officer and also shows the expiration date. It won't be valid atleast in U.S.A. but if you are trying to use this in india then it's upto indian authoriies how they want to verify this information.
