Urgent -125 crpc foreign citizens

My ex wife appeared in court hearing and magistrate inspite been told the wife IS foreign national NOT RESIDING IN INDIA AND divorced ..didnt listen and made adverse order against myself asked me to pay for her ticket 100000 as she has come for hearing and am not there asked me to appear next hearing......bizzare thing she's working wife and lives abroad not even domiciled in India

....please advise what can i do ....now as am not in a position to pay ? and neither can come as she manipulating system by loving these false cases through her mother....just fed with false cases ....

Wife working full-time in US earning $85000

Domiciled in US visits India in holidays

Divorced in 2011

The case was lodged by my ex wife through her mother in india march 2013 we have been arguing that divorced already happened and girl does nt reside in india ...still magistrate kept on asking to submit my response when whole argument is on jurisdiction in last hearing he asked both parties to appear....i due to family commitments and job was not able to come and yetserday but girl every year comes for holidays in India so she was there and in the order judge asked my lawyer to pay for girls ticket 100000 when firstly ticket cost is less than 55000 and asked me to appear next hearing otherwise adverse order would be granted.

My lawyer has been fighting case from start has written girl divorced,US citizen and working fulltime in US neither lives here...still he just doesnt want to hear......its in family court saket new delhi..please help

as y old ailing parents neither have funds to pay .....and are suffering abuse of process.
