Dear Experts,
I have been slapped with a DV from my wife and in next hearing May 15th Judge ordered me to file for the Counter Copies...
Now since I would be out of station the whole of May and since violating DV appearance is not good, shall i go ahead and prepare and submit the DV counter this month itself directly to the court (that is even before the next hearing date)...
Please kindly let me know whether it is possible and the procedure for filing counter directly before the actual hearing date...
