I am married in 2007 within 2 months she left matrimonial home filed DV. 2011 DV CASE dismissed judgement claerly says she not proved any of her allegations .In that she included 498a also.
But now suddenly i have received one notice from all women police station i have not taken post.
Now my doubt is some people are telling chances of fileing 498a i s there better take bail like that telling,
Is it any possibllity to file 498a
Please ans experts

what is time period to file 498a after she laft matrimonial home

498-a can be filed at any time during the subsistence of a vaild marriage.Same is the case with DV.
