Urgent help required

Respected lawyers,advice needed...I am a 65 year old unmarried female...my father has purchased 1 acre of land which is self acquired in 1965.my father has 2 sons and 5 daughters, passed away in 1970.In 1994 we had a dispute with brother and approached court.the court had partioned the shares in 7 and divided among 7 in 2004,as per the latest judgement of 2015 my brothers are claiming that we had no right on the property...kindly please advise

You may say this to them " the property of your father was not ancestral but self-acquired". The judgement does not apply in your case.

The judgement of 2015 was for ancesteral property, your case doesn't fall in it because the property was self acquired by your father .
