Urgent please

Dear Experts,

My wife is fighting a DIVORCE case filed by me on CRUELTY (Physical and Mental). Due to her inhuman atrocities I was compelled to  leave my house and residing elsewhere; My ailing mother and sister continue to reside with her in the same house amidst torture as otherwise she along with her father tried to occupy the house.

My wife resides in my house and enjoying .  I am providing everything to the house although I am not staying there. Her atrocities continue even when the case is pending before the court.

Now She almost every day she produces a list before my ailing mother ( a senior citizen also) of several items right upto cosmetics to be purchased for her and threatens of dire consequences if her demands are not met.

Experts kindly help me to tackle the situation.

Regards.

Marriage and married life, in fact, are another way to attain God-realization, although many are not aware of it. For the attainment of this goal, both the husband and the wife need a certain amount of understanding about leading a married life coupled with spirituality. Patience, love and forgiveness are the three qualities that are needed to maintain a good relationship.

Dear,

Better file a case of cruelty against your wife and better go back you home, because if you want the case to succed in future then you have to go back home and keep collecting evidences of everything that is happening, because in most of the divorce cases filed on cruelty ground, evidence is the major hurdle at the trial stage.
