Urgent query: section 354 of ipc

Hello Everyone,

I have a query whether a lady can file a case against her husband under section 354 of Indian Penal Code (Outraging the modesty of a woman).

If yes, Is there any case regarding this in India?

Thanks for your reply. But I need a case in which a wife was successful in filing a case against her husband under section 354.
