My Mothers Property is under potential threat from my wife and in-laws and they have been pressuring me to make my mother sell her property when she is Alive and give 50 percent share. This marriage has been a death warrant for me and my family and i have been Hijacked.
While my mother is Still alive who is the owner, can i file for a NO CLAIM Affidavit stating i do not want the share in my mothers property and to detach myself and i have no claims any further just to safeguard the same.
