A property was orally partitioned in 1994 between 2 brothers, with the consent of their sisters. Although, It had 4 legal hiers (2 brothers and 2 sisters). Later, both the sisters released their share for one brother who's now the titled owner of the said 1/3rd property (which is actually 50% of total land as per the partition). We are the owner of remaining 50% land i.e. (1/4th owner). How can we get the property registered on our name, if we are willing to register the 1/4th remaining part on our name.
Note: All 4 legal hiers are now died, and their families are enjoying the property rights. Also, we want nobody from the families of remaining legal hiers to get involved in this.
