i had old house in chennai tamil nadu this house was gifted from my aunty just one year before the age of building is morethan 75 year old. The tanant in that house occuping place more than 25 years they are not giving the rent for me i approched them for vacate place they demaning money for vacating even they not pay rent for my aunty for more than 10 year even me also and they demand money more than lakes ruppes foe each tenate i send lawyer notice they return it because shope was closed
i need your valuable suggestion
