My query is as under:
My divorce case filed at Bangalore transfered to wifes place at Pune via supreme court. As I wanted to withdraw my petition due to health reasons my advocate from Bangalore appeared and submitted my petition for withdrawal and came back. He has requested one of his known advocate at Pune to appear on the dates till case is dismissed. Now the new advocate is asking for new vakalat from me which is very unusual. Your kind advise please.
