Hi Experts,
If an application is filed with Affidavit and in that interim application is filed but without affidavit, The IA has just a verification page.
Is Verification equivalent to Affidavit.
Is it true Perjury can only be applied if false come in matters under affidavit..or it will also come in matters under verification.
Kindly suggest.
