We are 2 brothers, My father bought a property with his retirement money and directly transferred it to my elder brother name's on his insistence on a verbal agreement that the share should be equally divided between 2 of us, Untill 2018 my brother was all good with that but after the death of the father in 2018 he is not standing by his words and taking advantage of the non existence of any legal agreement between us,
But I have call recordings in which he states that the property was been bought by our father, also I have secretly recorded a video recording of him saying the same thing which proves the property was bought with father's money.
how strong are these evidences in court, if I file a case against him?
