Want divorce or annulment of marriage after 1-2 months

Pl note that as such there is no short cut. Law shall take its own course. There are specified grounds for annulment of marriage. The given grounds and involvement of husband in rape case is good ground for divorce on the ground of cruelty. Consult a lawyer with all details.

Firstly, you cannot file for Divorce within one year of marriage except under exceptional circumstances i.e. to say that when there is danger to life and limb etc. You can alternatively file for nullifying the Petition on the ground of fraud/ misrepresentation but that depends on various factors. 

You can get Divorce on the ground that your husband has been held guilty of rape but that is only after he is convicted, not before that.
