Want to know about property fraud

We have a property in Kanpur. And we have show the registry which is very old registry around 1980's to a property dealer.
He has taken the pictures of the registry. Can he do a fraud with those registry pics?

Transfer of property will be considered illegal if the transfer is done on the following basis: Forging the documents but not taking pictures of registry.  Forging the documents implies preparing the false documents like a Will, gift deed, sale deed etc. or forging the signatures on the documents, vide which the transfer has been affected.
