We are currently located at A.S.Rao NAGAR Hyderabad.
We have taken a house for rent in apartments and have been paying rent as well as maintanance charges.
Maintanance charges include Water Tanker+Lift,watchman salary,common current.
There are 16 houses in the apartment and Water tanker is facilitated every month for general water usage.
The total number of tanker charges is divided per house (No.of person in each house is taken and multiplied)
We have a small 3 month old infant in our house and we donot use general water for the infant.We buy mineral water can from outside and we exclusively use them for the baby.
We had clearly given the No.of persons as 3 members(Adults) in the monthly list and explained the assosication head about the usage of water for the baby.
But they never discussed with us about this and without our intimation they sent a bill of 300rs for the baby considering baby as a family member.
We clearly told them that we cannot pay the extra amount as we are not using the tanker water for baby.
But they do not listen to us and threaten that they will cut the electricity in our falt.
Kindly let me know how can we take legal action for the above issue.
