I have a pending case in UP for ejectment of tenant. Recently the tenant passed away. In such a case what happens to the case? Meanwhile a friend of the tenant has locked the apartment and cannot be contacted. Can someone suggest how best to repossess my apartment?

inform the court about the dismissal of the defendent and order to take the possesionof the property from his family and to handover the things if any to defendents family.feel free to call.
