However, you should also ensure that they are legal, enforceable, and serve their intended purpose. Otherwise, you leave your company exposed to legal liabilities or unwanted consequences.

It is important to state the terms and conditions at the time of making a contract. Contract is said to be valid and complete when both the parties have like mindedness regarding the contract and its terms and conditions.
