Dear members kindly guide me in this issues .
1. there was a compromise in suit for specific performance case, based on the decree we filed a Ep,
2. in that EP again compromise came into picture. here is i need to filr New EP for 2nd compromise?
3, when a approaching a advocate he suggested me to file 2 EAs 1 for opening EP and another for Execution for Ep.
4. now the case is came on bench judge ordered for Advocate commissioner, in that they have mentioned about 1st compromise.
