on self acquired property , u have all right. your husband will not get stay. but your relation will ur husband will b in difficulty.

2. He can not get any stay from the Court against your mortgaing the said property for whatsoever reason.

You have full rights on the property which stands on your name which is in your possession and you have full liberty to transact with it in any manner or even can dispose it as per your desire. Nobody has any right to interfere in your decision about the properties further or future actions taken by you or intend to be taken by you including your husband or children.
