What is stridhan - property inhered from girls father ?

Hello.

i would like to know about what is stridhan property ?? property comes from girls mother's family is called stridhan ??and that propery applicable hindy varsai law or not ?

actchual propert (GM Mother)

property comes here GM (Grandmother) after gm mother's varsai

in this property add GM's Husbandd name and also SON1 name and SON2 name

GM's Husband is death so his name is remove

now GM1 and SON1 is giving all huq kami lekh and that propery owner is only SON2

SON1=>GSON having a varsai right on this property or not ???

or no varsai right because that property comes from GM's mother family ??

Stridhan means the property belonging to a woman be it received by way of gift etc. given to her by her relatives or from her husband's side be it movable or immovable property. Such propert may be given at the time of marriage or after marriage.

what about after that property which get property after death of her(girls) parents or at the last stage of parents from varsai . its a stridhan ...if not kindly help me with the document as a proof ..which document i needed to prove its not a stridhan ????
