What is the procedure after wife files 498a, dv, dawryact

@ Legal Expert ...Can all these counter cases( Defamation, DP etc..) be filed while DV case is going on?? Or should i wait till it gets dismissed?

I have also filed for Divorce ( 13 A) at another court.

Plz suggest me ...

wife can be booked under numerous sections..........it all depends what she writes in affidavit and how she gives her cross examination in 498a....................

Rest judges r biased but not fool..........she will face true hardship in fighting the true cases filed by husband and in SIF there are lot of examples where she begged to give her divorce and ppl said a big NOOOO............
