Hello friends,
If an Advocate loses/misplaces the office copy/photocopy of demand notice under NI Act issued by him, what is the next step ? The 15 days have passed and time for filing the Complaint under Section 138 has come.
He has the soft copy of the notice and has also received the signed AD Card (Acknowledgment Card) of the Addressee through Postal Department and has also taken print out of status from Postal Department website. So all other Evidences/Exhibits are in order.
Can the soft copy of the same notice be printed out and signed and photocopied to serve as a duplicate office copy ?
