If you cant live together, take mutual divorce. Be a free man in 6 months. Only catch is pay her huge amount of cash and take one paper of divorce decree from court.

Proving allegatoins, calling 50 witness to court, all that is not possible in matrimonial dispute.

There are few grounds on which divorce is granted through court, if your case has one such ground you can get divorce. or else you wont.
