My lawyer on my behalf has registered a case in High court against my ex-employer (Govt College) and sent a legal notice to them as they have not followed norms for the appointment of lecturer this year, and that is the reason i lost my job. The court has sent a legal notice to the college and asked them to prove whether the norms were followed or not. The court has given them 1 month to reply. That 1 month period is over. I called my lawyer and he said that due to pending cases, my case will be taken up for hearing after 1 week from now. I want to know what can be possibly the next step that would be taken by the judge. It think to not answer to an legal notice from the high court is disrespect and can have serious repercussions. Can someone tell me what might follow?
