my grand father has 1 son(my father ),3 daughters.As my grand father passed away in the year 2003 , before the HINDU SUCCESSION Act 2005.will the property of my grand father be given only to my father or will be shared among others also if they start objecting now.

it has to be shared among all legal heirs, everyone has equal right over it.
