DV case against me and my wife has asked for House Rent + Maintenance + Compensation + Protection Order.
My wifey is a well earning member and I have produced her Salary slips in the court with monthly income of more than 50000/-.
Her salary has a HRA component of INR 10200/- per month.
Can i use this and refuse her claim of seperate residence or rent for separate residence.She is currently residing at her parents house and saying she is paying 6000/- pm rent to them.
My minor kid is staying with my wife
