Will or gift without a property?

Can a person make a will or a gift deed of his pension to his loved ones even though he is not retired and is still in service?

Pension is given to a person upon retirement and during his life time. No question of gift or will of pension after death.

All moveables like bank deposits, balance or insurance payments etc... can be given by will as in the case of immoveables.

Dear Friend,

You can prepare will even well before retirement and the time you realize or wish to allot the assets to your loved once. Will is the wish of the person and can be prepared in a white paper . In case of any changes the same can be incorporated.
