Will probate and dispute

Dear sir/mam

My grandfather had died in 1991 leaving behind a registered will. Probate has been approved by the court on that will. While probate was undergoing, my father had got an Injunction order on the property to avoid any sale deedby any of the parties. Notwithstanding, the opposition had made a sale deed before disposal of the case.  Now, asprobate has been granted, what should be next step for my father. Is the registry of the opposition is valid.

Thanking you

If they paid stamp duty & registration charges to the SRO then only this deed is valid.

The OP's were aware of the WILL, Probate proceedings, and injunction granted by court of law.

The merits are on your side.

Your lawyer may opine to file even contempt of court proceedings, and to cancell the sale deed.

Engage a very able counsel.
