If it is your desire to withdraw the pending divorce case, it  willbe your wife's desire to file a divorce case agaisnt you.  Nobody can stop either of you from exercising  your rights. It does not means that you are handicapped and not be able to move.  You have to face the  situation one or the other day, so why not it  be today.
