Witnessing a will

I have an elderly Indian Sikh gentleman as a client. He lives in the United Kingdom and his health is poorly making it difficult to travel to India at the moment to sign an Indian Will. We have drafted an Indian Will for him.

What is the best way to witness the signing of this Will so that it is valid for probate and Inheritance Tax (in the UK) purposes.

Some people have said that it can be signed at the Indian High Commission but I am not sure whether this has any benefits

Your advice would be appreciated
