Hi Friends,
i had filed a writ petition (Artilce 226) in the High Court on 21st Nov 2011. The last date of listing was 14th March 2012. The case hasn't been listed since. My lawyer has resorted to several special mentionings and memos, yet the case isn't being listed.
Can anyone advice me on what I can do?
