Wrong boundaries in deed

Dear Members,

My mother in law has gifted her family share of land to my wife. The original deed of the land is a common share document where the total land is shared among three children mentioning the plots as A,B and C. This total piece of land has the boundaries with road on two sides and property on the other two sides. Now the portion B owned by my mother in law which is in the middle is registered in my wife's name. In this document too the boundaries are mentioned the same as that of the original documents with the same road on two sides and the same side properties. But in actual The transfered plot has road on one side, A and C on the other two sides and another property on one of the sides. Does this have any issue, The document writer says theres no problem. kindly advice , if error to be corrected the procedure in doing so also may pls be explained.

thanks in advance

Pramod.

The correction is always better.

All parties involved ( donor/donee,buter/seler) starting from original plot, then to devided ones may go for correction deed.
