I sent representation to give me joining in advt. post as I qualified in test. as they didn't filled 2 post(sc category) as advertised. (1+1 post under sc category common process for two institutes under same university.)
honorable hight court direct them to decide my representaion in 14 days.
*interestingly they only talked about the other department where they filled the advertised post under sc category.
moreover, they said there is no vacant post under sc category in the department (replied on 16 may). after 45 days they advertised 1 sc post(for which they replied; no gen post advertised)+ 5 sc post in which they should reply but didn't replied. it is clear that majority posts are backlog. out of 24 posts 19 posts are reserved category posts.
*I was qualified in both departments under sc and gen category.
Please guide
*should I file contempt or go for simple writ.
as they didn't decided the representation. give me half and wrong reply.*
please provide guidance and order which can support the process.
