Appointments of Judges in Jammu & Kashmir High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 100-A of the Constitution of Jammu and Kahmir, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Muzaffar Hussain Attar, and (ii) Shri Vinod Kumar Gupta to be Additional Judges of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
