4th Government Law College International Law Summit, organized by the Students for the Promotion of International Law (SPIL), Government Law College, Mumbai. The Summit is scheduled to take place from the 1st-3rd February, 2013.

The Summit is an eclectic mix of key note addresses, seminars, workshops, a panel discussion, call for papers and two novel competitions which were conceived of within the portals of Government Law College- Judgment Deliberation Competition and Treaty Appreciation Competition.

The Theme for this edition of Summit is Contemporary Issues in International Arbitration and Mediation.

SPIL, Mumbai, in an attempt to facilitate legal studies, calls for papers from the student and legal fraternity, professors, practitioners and scholars. We call for papers across the spectrum comprising the theme.

In our endeavour to promote International Law, SPIL, Mumbai is looking to publish a legal magazine called 'The International Law Annual'. The International Law Annual comprises literature on the myriad aspects of International Law through an engaging confluence of short articles, analytic works on landmark cases, interviews with legal luminaries on contemporary issues, discussions and analysis on international legislation, and book reviews.

Accordingly, SPIL, Mumbai calls for short articles and essays from the student and legal fraternity, professors, practitioners and scholars across the wide spectrum of Public International Law.
