Clarification on Exit Poll -General Election to Lok Sabha, 2014

In order to remove any doubt, it is clarified that under the law (Section 126A of a Representation of the People Act, 1951), the results of exit poll can be disseminated only after 6. 30 PM on 12th May 2014, as already notified by the Commission vide its notification dated 3rd April 2014.
