Communal violence that broke in the northeast Delhi after the passing of the citizenship act took the lives of innocent residents of the northeast Delhi.

After numbers of allegations and proves, the Delhi police has now filed a charge sheet to arrest the Aam Aadmi Party's leader Tahir Hussain in the case. The chargesheet said that there was a deep-rooted conspiracy behind the riots and Sharma was targeted by a mob which was led by Tahir. Even the police lost one of its head constable during the clashes. Following the violence, the body of Intelligence Bureau staffer Ankit Sharma was found in the drain near his residence. Even though Hussain did not kill Sharma but he planned the murder and helped the mob execute it as it was said that Sharma was the familiar face in society.

The police on Tuesday filed two more chargesheets in connection with the communal riots in northeast Delhi , calling it a " deep rooted conspiracy" by activist, including Umar Khalid. One was filled in connection with the Jaffrabad incident that took place near the metro station and named 10 people including Natasha Narwal and Devangana Kalita, 2 activists of Pinjr tod , for allegedly hatching the conspiracy to cause riots.

It was also found out that Hussain had spent around RS. 1.30 crore and also the weapon used to kill Sharma with the bloodstained clothes of the killers were also found but the police hasn't named the accused but mentioned it in their 1030 pages long chargesheet.

The charges will be taken up for consideration by the court on 16th of june.
