If a boy does not stand for the second motion in mutual consent divorce then, pls. guide

If a boy does not turn up for second motion in mutual consent divorce case!!! initail bay put the case in the court for divorce then the girl did not trun up for the divorce..... then.. after so many months they agreed on mutual consent they both filed application of mutual consent bit after the first motion the boy did not turn up for the second motion.... pls. guide what to do and under which section this can be resolved...
