Justice Barin Ghosh appointed as Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir HC 12/31/2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu & Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Barin Ghosh, Judge, Patna High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
