Dr Talwar's compounder Krishna was put under a narco test in Bangalore’s Bowring Hospital on Thursday(12 June) . The test may help to verify certain clues that the CBI claims to have in their possession, they want to tally them with the results of the narco test. This test, in fact, is illegal.

This is a brain-mapping test which can reveal certain points which the CBI is sure would match with the investigation that they have already conducted.

CBI Joint Director Arun Kumar, who is also at Bangalore's Bowring Hospital, confirmed that the agency had got sanction for the test which they describe the only hope to solve the mystery of the double murder.
CBI believes that Krishna has some vital information on the Aarushi Talwar murder, which he wants to hide which can only come out after the narco test.

Such tests are not legally admissible; they are against the fundamental rights of the person granted to the citizens of India under the Constitution of India. The Bangalore Forensic Laboratory, therefore, refused to conduct the test without a court order, which the CBI obtained thereafter and the test was carried out.

Let us see how what the result reveals, but the family members of Krishna are sure that nothing crucial would come in the test since Krishna was innocent and was watching the match in the neighbor’s house when the murder took place.

Since Krishna has been detained in the custody for many days, the family members may approach the court against his detention by the CBI.
