The Madhya Pradesh High Court registered a contempt of court case against the state principle secretary and commissioner for higher education and government counsel for challenging a petition in a case of providing recognition and no objection certificate to a paramedical college. Hearing the petition, filed by Swayam Prabha Institute of Para-Medical Technology here, Justices R S Garg and Umesh Chandra Maheshwari, registered a case against Seva Ram, Ashish Upadhya and Deepak Awasthi. High Court’s registrar general directed to send the proceedings of March 30 and today’s hearing and the affidavit, filed by the two officials and the government counsel, to the Chief Justice. The court also directed to prepare reply of three parties and fixed June 23 for the next date of hearing.
