New Judeges of Punjab & Haryana High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (I) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Rakesh Kumar Garg and (ii) Shri Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain, Additional Judges of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, to be Judges of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
