Khamgaon:  In Tahasil there is A village Bhandari. There was one farming society, which is liquidated. The several farmers were the member of the same and some of them died. The farming society was alloted witht the land for the cultivation by the Government.

    After the death of the members of the Society, their heairs filled suit for the partition and declaration. The suit was objected on the ground that, the Owner is the Government and The farming Society, hence they are necessary parties to the suit and the suit is not teneble as necessory parties are not implicated.

     The learned Court has rejected the application, and held that, the owner Government and The Farming Society is not a necessary party. The said order is passed by D.S.Thorat 3rd C.J.J.D. Khamgaon
