I think this judgement has introduced a new element FAITH. I feel in a modern scientific society the so called faith should have no place in Jurisprudence.

I do not think that justice should only be given based on law books and only interpreting the law,the judges have inherent power to mould relief in the given circumstances. The Court might have exceeded the jurisdiction and given relief not within four corners of the suit, but exigencies demanded the present verdict.

Prpoperty should be given to one party. i cant distribute. if it so, in future it may lead further legal obligations. instead of distributing it could have suggested the govt .

all the three judges have made it clear that the masjid was built on a structure of Hindu temple.as such, there was no justification in dividing the land in three parts.

Courts have been created to uphold the law of the land and Constitution. Their job is not to get influenced by prevailing political scenarios etc. otherwise people will loose faith in judiciary, if they start giving judgments to "please all" concerned parties.

because, the suits pertain to the title of the property, which were required to be decided on the basis of the issues framed in the suits. No issue regarding partition was framed in any of the suit.

Every citizen in this country must understand the fact the verdict has open doors to not only satisfying the religious sentiments but also considering the sensitivity of the case and its outcome, HC has done a commendable job in creating a judicial precedent as to exceed its administrative jurisdiction.

It is something like outcome of partition suit or "Panchayati" type judgment. Where Hon. HC has tried to appease all the party.
